The Whitechapel is one of Fred’s 2018 London Collection, inspired by the place we like to call home, and is derived from some of the most famous location around this great capital of Great Britain.

History

Whitechapel (Black)

A area of London steeped in history with a dark unsolved mystery, (Jack the Ripper 1880s) it is also where in 1865 William Booth began his Christian Revival Society which evolved into the Salvation Army. Another famous Whitechapel resident was Joseph Merrick (The Elephant Man) who was rescued by Sir Frederick Treves after being exhibited in a shop window opposite the London Hospital where Dr Treves worked.
