The Piccadilly Single Speed (Silver Wheels)

"The Piccadilly" is one of our London Collection single speed/fixie bikes, inspired by the place we are proud to call home. Each of our London Collection bikes is inspired by some of the most famous locations around our great capital and finished to the highest possible standards.

History:

Believed to originate from the 17th century grilled collar named Piccadilly that were made and sold by a tailor named Roger Black. Piccadilly's most renowned establishment The Ritz Hotel opened in 1906 becoming popular towards the end of World War One by politicians, most notably David Lloyd George as well as socialists, writers and actors of the time. Piccadilly is also the home of Fortnum and Masons store which opened its doors in 1707 by William Fortnum who was a footman in the Royal household of Queen Anne and his associate Hugh Mason. Piccadilly is also Latin for circle 'watch your wheels go round' and one of the longest, straightest roads in the whole of London.

As with all of our models, they are built and assembled in London to the highest possible specification by our Cytech trained technicians.

  • Original crank and 46/16 gearing offering the perfect blend of acceleration and speed
  • Black straight bars
  • Silver wheels (40mm) with a 16 tooth flip-flop rear wheel

  • Black tyres
